Through this subscription, Goodyear handles end-to-end tire management for fleets, providing a worry-free experience for AAA Clubs and service providers.
Tires-as-a-service can help fleets improve their total cost of ownership by increasing vehicle uptime, reducing the frequency of vehicle breakdown events, decreasing fuel consumption through properly inflated tires, reducing fleet management time spent on tire management, increasing driver safety with properly inflated tires, and more.
A TaaS agreement for an AAA fleet would involve a phased-approach contract for 5 years. Goodyear would demonstrate 10% of the fleet and maintain KPIs through the evaluation period to show that the Solution meets the fleet's needs. If the TaaS solution performs, then Goodyear would expand to the full fleet over a 6-month installation period. The fleet can cancel for convenience during the evaluation period to manage their risk level and can terminate for cause at any time during the contract with 30-day notice.
