When you don’t have time to puzzle through a tough problem, the Identifix Virtual Technician Service is staffed by ASE Master, L1 Carline Specialists waiting to help. If it’s new to you, chances are they’ve seen it before. The Virtual Technician Service is organized into five Carline teams – GM, Chrysler, Ford, European and Asian. Most issues are solved on the first call.
