#1: Specially Priced Subscriptions to Direct-Hit® – the industry’s largest and most reliable database of continually updated, experience-based information for what breaks on vehicles and how to fix it.

  • $169 per month (a savings of $20 per month). Each AAA/CAA service provider subscription to Direct-Hit includes free Repair Hotline assistance on up to two vehicle problems per month.

#2: Discounted Access to Diagnostic Service and Repair Hotline – For support beyond the web, the Identifix Virtual Technician Service is also available to AAA/CAA service providers. When you don’t have time to puzzle through a tough problem, the Identifix Virtual Technician Service is staffed by ASE Master, L1 Carline Specialists waiting to help. If it’s new to you, chances are they’ve seen it before. The Virtual Technician Service is organized into five Carline teams – GM, Chrysler, Ford, European and Asian. Most issues are solved on the first call.  



Proven, real-world diagnostics, genuine OEM service and repair information, factory scheduled maintenance plans and reliable estimating–all in one online tool! And in addition, the following:

  • Unlimited access to a repair database of more than a million confirmed fixes and industry-exclusive diagnostic shortcut tests, in addition to comprehensive OE repair information.

  • Confirmed fixes collected from over 100,000 techs in the field, and validated by ASE Master Carline Specialists, producing the largest and most reliable collection of experience-based fix information. OEM repair information is also part of the database.

  • Interactive wiring diagrams! Diagrams are detailed with location and number descriptions, circuit tracing and partial- or full-diagram printing.

  • The ability for AAA/CAA shops to submit their own fixes. ASE master techs verify each fix before they are released into the user database.
