"Ordered from Zip's before, but went to order what I thought was a killer deal on teardrop revolving lights one day. Next morning, heard my phone ring, but missed it. It was Corey, from the sales Dept. I called right back, and he wanted to make sure I was aware that I was about to order 6 bulbs for that style light, and let me know the price of the full light assembly. Due to my budget, I could only order 2, but was very thankful for him spotting my nearly disappointing error, and helping me correct it. He did inform me there would be a delay in receiving the lights, as they come from the manufacturer, not an item they normally stock. A week later, I forgot about that part, called him, inquiring about the order, and he called me back about 5 minutes later, with a full update on the order, and was genuinely nice every time. Just got the lights this morning, and can't wait to install them. Thank you very much for the excellent service, and great products!! Certainly gained a loyal customer!!"
